Diamond Knight

It's pretty damn hard to make an impact in the big bad world of music blogging, and I'm guessing it's doubly hard for a brand new one, like ourselves, to attract any attention at all.
So at the crucial stage in the birth of this humble blogspot, I'm left wondering:

"What could I possibly post that isn't already out there?"

Well, I'm going to do just that. To kick things here at Diamond Knight, here's 4 tracks that can't be found on hypem.

Calvertron has emerged from the underground UK electro scene and dropped an absolute bomb! With a rave piano, huge grinding bassline and a catchy vocal snippets, this tune has all the makings of a fidget anthem.
With the rave piano returning with heaps of reverb for a sweeping breakdown, the bassline drops again with extra wobble. Good stuff.

The Black Ghosts consisting of Theo Keating (AKA Fake Blood) and Simon Lord have been given the super-melodic remix treatment by Kissy Sell Out himself. 'Face' is one of my favourite songs anyway, and Kissy does the vocals some serious justice.

This super-bouncy dutch house track is awesome. With a simple echoey bleep riding those familiar Afrojack/Laidback Luke style drums, it absolutely stomps its way through the whole 6 minutes.

DJ Zinc - Blunt Edge [Low Quality]

Taken from his forthcoming release 'Life Begins At Midnight' the man who coined the 'crack-house' genre has stuck to his guns, and fused the usual mixture of garage, fidget and dubstep to create 'Blunt Edge.' With a mellow, yet driving bassline... it goes up there with the Bulletproof remix as one of his best works.

Call it filling in the musical gaps.
Bring on the Diamond Knights.
